We operate a state-of-the-art wet painting facility which has six stations to include wash, dry-off, prep, prime, topcoat and bake oven. This facility transports the products through the process on air casters. All paint is mixed on location and includes spectrometer matched colors when required. (We also have standard colors.) We have resident paint technicians and engineers from Valspar Corporation. We utilize Graco paint equipment and use urethane and epoxy paints.
Finishing the job off right often means precision painting. Mickey features both manual and automated painting capabilities.
